Who we are

Engineering solutions, built with communities

Our mandate is to deliver practical engineering, climate resilience and community development solutions across Sierra Leone, aspiring to reduce poverty and inequality in the country by 2035.

We work directly alongside the communities our programmes serve, combining an engineering background with hands-on field experience in sanitation, agriculture and natural resource management. We do not work in isolation: every programme is co-implemented with government institutions, local councils and international technical partners.
